Following his dream to transform his passion for gastronomy into business, Chef Rafael De Cara allied the passion for cycling to develop a program of bike journeys across Europe, South America and other countries around the world.
In each region visited, the group explores its villages and historical venues, as well as the most coveted restaurants and "chateaus" by food and wine lovers. With the different pace that only a bicycle offers, each trip will transform the way you see the world.
Our itineraries are carefully planned, with excellent hotels, specialized guides, cycle-appropriate bikes, the support of a van along the way and a Chef who will accompany you throughout the day and in all activities.
The idea came in 2010, when Rafael De Cara was still the owner and chef of an Italian restaurant in São Paulo. He decided to organize a bike tour in Italy with a group of customers to celebrate the success of the first year of his restaurant! After returning from the first trip in April 2011, the idea became a business.
Since then the Chef has made numerous trips every year to the most different destinations around the world!
